Facilities:
Concept of Chancellor's walk is intended to link the building named for the last president of Wilmington College (William Randall) with the building named for the first chancellor of UNCW (William Wagoner).
The University Commons area will be surrounded by academic buildings.
All new campus buildings will not have distinct front and back facades.
Area Sector plans will be developed before any new campus construction is started.
Traffic:
UNCW will be a pedestrian campus with motor vehicle traffic routed around the perimeter.
Motor vehicle access to the University campus will be from College Road, Macmillan Avenue, Rose Avenue, and Racine Drive.
Parking:
Any new parking lots or facilities shall be located on the campus periphery.
Students living within one mile of campus will not be eligible for full parking campus privileges.
