Mr. Dodd reviewed problem he encountered while planning moves for ITSD personnel during Hoggard Hall. Business Affairs staff told him that there was not sufficient space in Swing Space facility to house ITS personnel. Since this was information that had not come to the Committee, members were concerned about an apparent breakdown in the process and the need to come up to speed on any problems with moves in and out of the Swing Space facility.

Dr. Hosier, anticipating discussion on this issue, presented a graphic showing the timeline and space requirements for the various building projects that relate to Swing Space facility. Following discussion it was decided that the Committee needed additional data on space requirements for each office involved. This discussion will continue at a subsequent meeting.
