Mr. Fry reviewed the contents that Mr. Kolodij had recently sent to Vice Chancellor Jordan with copies to Mr. Fry and others. Copies of the correspondence had been distributed to the Committee prior to this meeting. This memo concerned the Westside Hall expansion and renovation project.

The Committee reviewed the first draft of the swing space model. Members suggested a number of modifications that will be made prior to the next meeting.

There was a general discussion on several issues but considering the events of the previous day, the meeting was less than productive.
