Ms. Boyd previewed the Parking Report that she will present to the Administrative Cabinet during the next few weeks. Committee members suggested several changes to the materials presented.

Mr. Fry asked that the Committee review the campus space change materials that Mr. Davis had provided several weeks ago. He also noted that there would be a January 21^st meeting on the Custodial Lounge. The group involved in that discussion will report at the January 22^nd Committee meeting.
