The Committee reviewed the November 14th minutes giving special attention to the information Mr. Davis provided on personnel moves during building renovation periods.

The Committee will conduct focus group meetings with personnel located in and students using Lakeside Hall. Members reviewed the objective for this meeting and a list of items to be covered during the group meetings. Three group meetings will be held one each with faculty, staff, and students. Ms. Farley will facilitate and Ms. Beach will serve as scribe. Dr. Hosier will work with building occupants and Ms. Farley to find a suitable time for these one-hour meetings. A memorandum will be developed by Dr. Hosier to go out under the Provost signature inviting participants to these meetings. Ms. Farley will develop a script for these meetings and present it at the next Committee meeting.

Questions were raised about when a building is considered finished and who takes over when problems remain or items are incomplete.

In Mr. Davis' absence, a discussion on the current status of construction and renovation projects was postponed until the next meeting.
