Minutes of the January 22, 2003 Meeting

Mr. Fry distributed a report on campus conference room and meeting space. Several rooms that are currently coded as conference rooms in academic departments are used as classrooms for small groups. This information will be included in the next revision to the space inventory file.

The group considered alternative locations for custodial break room now located in the White House facility. It was emphasized that delaying the demolition of this facility would have an direct impact on campus infrastructure upgrades. It was decided that the break room could be located on the east side of Burney Center until a more suitable and permanent location could be found. This recommendation will be taken to the Cabinet for approval.

Due to a time constraint, other items on the agenda were discussed briefly and will be placed on the next meeting agenda.
