The Committee reviewed the actions of the previous meeting and noted some problems with various moves. Mr. Fry and Mr. Davis and his staff will meet during the coming week to discuss the current construction schedule. A new schedule needs to be prepared for the Committee and for discussions with the Senior Officers. It was determined that the renovation process (planning, etc.) for Warwick Center must begin by January 2004. This year should be used to identify funding sources for this project. It is apparent from these discussions that Warwick will not be ready in time for the James Hall renovation. Mr. Davis asked the Committee to consider moving the Alderman renovation project ahead of the James Hall project. Full discussion of this was postponed until a new schedule is prepared for next week’s meeting. The schedule for constructing the Copy Center space in Warwick was discussed.
