Mr. Fry reviewed the contents of a memo that was sent to the Committee from the Chancellor. A copy of this memo is attached to these minutes.

Following discussion, the Committee turned to a presentation prepared by Mr. Fry. This graphical approach will be used to move offices from buildings that are being renovated to swing space and then to their final location. The intent is to help model various solutions and to be able to present an understandable document to the Cabinet for approval. The Committee reviewed the initial documents and recommended changes in the approach and the suggested relocations. These documents will be placed on the web as they evolve.
