The UNCW alumni recruitment team, S.T.A.R.T. (Seahawk Territory Alumni Recruitment Team), is a partnership between UNCW Admissions and the UNCW Alumni Association. S.T.A.R.T. volunteers are alumni interested in assisting the Admissions Office with recruitment efforts in their surrounding areas. By doing so, they are able to share some of their own undergraduate or graduate experiences while meeting prospective students and their families and helping their alma mater.

S.T.A.R.T Program Opportunities:

• Represent UNCW at college programs or fairs
• Call or write prospective students and their parents
• Host or attend receptions and other social activities
• Refer qualified students for admission
