Congratulations to Dr. Alexander for receiving a 2009 Charles L. Cahill Award!!
This award funds faculty summer research at UNCW. Dr. Alexander won based on his current project, titled "The Disease Burden of Tuberculosis In Migrant Communities Along the US-Mexico Border"

Dr. Albert is honored with plaque from CSI!!
The Wilmington community recently recognized Dr. Midori Albert's timeless work, dedication, and service in assisting with local crimes and forensic issues. She was awarded a plaque from the local DA and Wilmington Police Chief in recognition. She has dedicated this award to our Anthropology Forensics Lab, and to all of her students. Congratulations!!

Dr. Midori has earned in excess of $1,000,000 in research grant and contract money during her career at UNCW, and has been rewarded for her hard work by being inducted into this exclusive UNCW academic club! Congratulations Dr. Albert!
