Arts In Action Performance Series

Sponsored by UNCW Presents, the Arts in Action Performance Series seeks to culturally enrich, educate and entertain both students and the general public through the presentation of diverse programs featuring professional, high-quality performing artists. Recent dance ensembles include Ailey 2, Shapiro and Smith Dance, and Hubbard Street 2 Dance Company.

Kenan Auditorium

Internationally acclaimed dance ensembles, such as Moscow Ballet and UNCW Artists in Residency Carolina Ballet and alban elved frequently perform at UNCW's Kenan Auditorium. In 2007. the UNCW Office of Cultural Arts joined the one of the nationa's top dance companies, Carolina Ballet, to create a Summer Intensive & Residency, whcih brings together the world-class artists and emerging young students.
