This newsletter is a mass email, sent to all students regarding general student account information. Please check your account online at SeaNet/E-bill for your personal current account information.

We are excited about the new school year and hope that you all had a great summer!
E-bill Announcements
- E-bills will be released on a monthly basis. The next E-bill is scheduled for the end of September. Please make sure that you have added your bill payer(s) as an Authorized User so that they may view and make payment on your account.
- If you bank with a Credit Union, please obtain the correct numbers from them for an online checking account payment to avoid delays and fees associated with a return (account numbers often differ from those on hardcopy checks). Home Equity lines cannot be used when making payments on the E-bill system.
Payment Plans
- Please be aware that if you are on any of the payment plans offered through Sallie Mae that you will carry a balance on your student account until your last payment is received.
- To sign up for a 5-pay plan for the Spring semester you must sign up before the end of Spring pre-registration. The 3-pay option will be available until the end of the Spring drop/add period.
***Please check your UNCW email regularly for important notices about the status of your account and the latest information regarding E-bill! ***
- Payment at the cashier’s window can only be made in the form of check or cash.
