Instructional and Presentation Media
Printing Services provides the following services to support your instructional and presentation media needs. Most services can be provided from hard-copy originals, digital files or slides. Call Print Shop customer service at 910-962-3183 for more information or to inquire about a need you have that is not listed.

• Copies, black and full color

• Transparencies, black and full color

• Course packs with permission for use of copyrighted material approved and royalty fees paid

• Assistance with creation of presentation materials by professional graphic designers

• Presentation binding with plastic comb, coil, or tape binding

• Oversize copies, black and full color, mounted for display. Color copies from digital files only.

Course Packs & Custom Publishing
Custom-made course materials (including course packs, lab manuals, syllabi, draft versions of not-yet-published books, etc.) are produced for you at Dittos - The Copy Spot.

Copyrighted materials (magazine articles, chapters of books, photos or graphs from published material, or entire books) require a copyright release prior to printing. Any royalty fees will be added to the cost of the publication and will be paid by Printing Services.

Occasionally it is permissible to copy copyrighted materials without a copyright clearance. The doctrine of "fair use" permits reproducing portions of a copyrighted work without the copyright owner's permission providing that all criteria within the guidelines are met.

Course pack requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow time for obtaining copyright permissions and for print production. We take care of the entire process from obtaining copyright permissions to delivering the final publication to area bookstores. Course pack order forms are available through online forms ordering.
