A/V Equipment Policies at CMS
Nancy Stevens is the single point of contact for all reservations of all A/V equipment, this includes faculty, administration, staff and students. (962-2301 or stevensn@uncw.edu )
All equipment must be scheduled BEFORE THE DATE it is needed. Once equipment requests have been taken, Nancy will then notify Randy Turner and John Murray by email, detailing when and where equipment is needed and any additional instructions.
If projectors are needed outside regular business hours, the party requesting the equipment will take full responsibility for the equipment and see that it is stored in a safe, locked place until it can be returned to CMS.
Not familiar with A/V equipment and setup? Visit: Preparing for a Computer-Based Presentation Off-Campus courtesy of the Center for Teaching Excellence.
All A/V reservations are on a first-come first-served basis.
If you find that there are no
available projectors, you may contact the Center for Teaching Excellence at
962-3034.
