POLITICAL COMMUNICATION FACULTY POSITION

Dr. Jennifer Brubaker was appointed to the Department of Communication Studies full-time faculty in August, 2006.  Her primary assignment is to develop and teach courses in political communication.  Other areas of expertise include media effects and journalism.  Dr. Brubaker earned a Ph.D. in communication studies at Kent State University, and M.A. in journalism & mass communication and B.A. in business marketing & economics at The Ohio State University.  For two years she served as Assistant Press Secretary & Special Assistant to the Mayor, City of Cleveland, OH.
