Experienced Catering Service
The Executive Development Center contracts with a catering service to provide for your complete food and beverage needs. Food service arrangements must be made with the EDC's designated caterer.
The EDC's caterer can provide service for your special food events, such as private luncheons, receptions, and dinners. Additional space rental fees may apply; see the section on facility rates.

Alcohol Policy
The University Dining Service Contractor has exclusive rights for all alcohol-related events held on university property; therefore, all events held on university property must be provided by the University Catering Services. The Director of Auxiliary Services must approve any exceptions to this policy.
The university's policy on alcohol is administered by the Dean of Students Office (in consultation with the Chancellor's Substance Abuse Advisory Board). Arrangements for serving and purchasing alcoholic beverages must be made through University Catering Services. All beer, wine, and mixed beverages must be purchased through Catering Services and served by Catering Services staff. State law, General Statute 18B-1006(a), prohibits the sale of beer and wine by the glass on campus.
