"U" Shape – The "U" sharply defines the "action zone" as the area within the "U." This style is a very effective method of involving participants. This arrangement works well with audiovisual aids and physical activities, such as role plays. The trainer has the option to sit or stand to provide demonstrations. In addition, the trainer has easy access to individuals and is able to see all participants. |
