1. Click on the TS Coordinator link
at the top left.
2. On the right of the screen that appears choose Create
and/or Edit Discussions.
3. On the screen that appears, click the link for Add
New Category.
4. In the box that appears below, type the name of the
new Category such as, “ Francis - EDN 309 – Educational
Thinking”. Click the Continue button.
5. Next, click the Add Forum link.
Fill in the boxes that appear.

Make sure the forum category matches the one you just created.
6. Click the Create Forum button.
7. On the next screen, click the link for Set
Level Access.
8. On the next screen find your Category and click the
Edit button beside of it.
You should place a check beside all the groups you wish to have access
to your discussions.
9. Scroll to the bottom and click the submit button.
Lastly we will create a topic by going to the discussion board.
10 Click the Discussion Board link
over at the left.
11. Scroll down until you find your Category listed.
12. Click on the Forum Name directly
under your Category name.
13. On the next screen, click the Post New Topic button.
14.On the next screen type in your new topic or question
to start the discussion and click Post Topic.
