Michelle Manning’s fields of research and instruction include literary gerontology, technology-enhanced instruction (including distance learning), secondary teacher preparation, and academic honesty. A core component of her teaching is providing her students with diverse applied learning opportunities, including service learning projects, field trips and outside activities to support her classroom instruction. She is an active participant in the Cornerstone Learning Communities, linking her English courses thematically and topically more deeply explore and support partner courses in other disciplines such as gerontology, physical education, and math. |
