- Graduation checkout is completed in the Graduate School and posted to Banner.
- Coordinator will receive a list of graduating students from the Graduate School. Coordinator should be able to provide information about which students will be eligible to graduate. Graduate School will send students an e-mail to confirm their graduation information.
- At the end of each official graduation term, the Graduate School sends a list to the Registrar’s Office for diplomas to be made. If the requirements will not be completed by the end of the semester, the student should contact the Graduate School.
