At the discretion of the instructor, a student may be given a grade of incomplete when the work in the course has not been completed for reasons beyond the control of the student. All incomplete grades must be removed according to a deadline established by the instructor, but not to exceed one calendar year from the end of the semester in which the incomplete was given, otherwise the “I” become “F”.
