To graduate with University honors a student must
- complete 12 hours of honors basic studies courses;
- complete 6 hours of interdisciplinary honors seminars: HON 110, Freshman Interdisciplinary Seminar and HON 210,
Topical Interdisciplinary Seminar
- complete 2 hours of HON 120, Honors Enrichment seminar;
- maintain a 3.0 GPA after 27 hours and a 3.2 GPA after 58 hours, and
- successfully complete departmental honors
A student who enters the program in the last two years may graduate
with departmental honors only.
