Salary Schedule

The salary schedule for SPA employees is issued by the Office of State Personnel when changes occur due to legislation by the General Assembly. An employee’s actual salary is affected by many things, such as his/her salary when he/she started with the state, the budget for the position, funds allocated by the General Assembly for salary increases, equity with other employees, promotions, reclassifications, and other salary increases authorized by policy.
