Southeastern North Carolina is home to a diverse array of history educators: various historical sites and museums offer dynamic experiences to the general public, while UNCW, CFCC, and multiple high schools provide students with history classes. The History Alliance seeks to connect area history educators. The Alliance seeks to raise awareness of the myriad of resources available to educators, and to provide a forum to discuss common goals. The Alliance promotes academic and intellectual inspiration within the field of history and education.
