Before any access is granted to the Banner Student module the following must take place:

• A Banner Student training course completed to help end user effectively, search, find and interpret data
• All users of the Student database will sign a confidentiality agreement that requires all information contained within the database to remain confidential
• Users will also need to obtain the proper department or division head signatures on the Request for Banner Student System Access request form
