Horizon Wimba is a fully online live classroom that supports audio, video, application sharing, and content display. This tool can be used in online courses for holding live, online classes, office hours, guest lectures, webcasts, and meetings.
All Wimba trainings are held in S&B 221.
If you would like to schedule a training for your department please contact e-learning, Patricia McQuiston (mcquistonp AT uncw.edu) or Sheri Anderson (andersonsl AT uncw.edu)..
To register for a training session, call (962-HELP) or email (tacATuncw.edu) the TAC. Workshops will be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled start time if there are no participants registered at that point.
