Campus Computer Support

Consultant Manager - David Kirk

Microcomputer support provides high-quality, responsive support to the entire University. If the problem cannot be diagnosed on site, our staff will transport the equipment to their work space and return it when repaired. Consultants do not transport equipment for any purpose other than for its own diagnostic procedures.

Our consultants are unable to respond to every service request immediately, due to the quantity and nature of requests received, but will make voice contact within 24 hours of a service request ticket being created.

Please call the Technology Assistance Center (962-4357) in Hoggard Hall to report any computer related problems.

Below are computer consultants and the buildings they support. Consultant hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
