Dell Warranty Service Center

We are now located in TSC Room 137

If you purchased your computer from our Preferred Vendor Program (Dell Latitude series) and the computer is still under warranty, we will provide warranty hardware service. Note: Software issues should be directed to the UNCW Technology Assistance Center (962-4357).

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:00pm
Friday 9am - 3:00pm

The Warranty Service Center will verify warranty status before beginning work on your system. Normal warranty work can be performed within two days but if your computer needs to be held for a number of days, a loaner laptop can be arranged if necessary.

You can drop off or pick up your system anytime during these hours or come by for assistance. Protecting data is the responsibility of the individual user. All hard drives or other storage devices should be backed up prior to requesting service.

Important reminder from your friends in the WSC; keep all CD's you get with your laptop, including the shrink wrap! The Microsoft Office CD is VERY important to keep up with. If you ever need your laptop hard drive wiped or replaced you will need that MS Office CD to reinstall Office.
