ResNet is a service provided by ITSD and Housing and Residence Life to assist students living in the residence halls with network connection problems. If you live on campus and have a UNCW network connection issue, the ResNet staff can assist you.

Please call the Technology Assistance Center (TAC) at 910-962-4357 (HELP) to make a ResNet appointment if you cannot successfully connect your computer to the network.
