UNCW Pre-Engineering Transfer Program
UNC Charlotte Humanities and Social Sciences Requirements

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte has general education requirements similar to the Basic Studies Requirement at UNC Wilmington. The humanity/social science requirements of the general education requirements are specified in four "liberal studies themes" shown below. One course is required in each theme. In addition, individual departments will usually require one more course in economics or social science. All course numbers are UNCW course numbers.

UNCW Basic Studies Requirements A. and E. are met through the english, math, and science courses that are part of the engineering curriculums.
