Graduate Program

The General Psychology concentration is a 33-credit hour program designed to prepare students for subsequent entry into doctoral programs in experimental or applied psychology. Courses are usually completed within two years, and students focus on academic psychology and research. Graduates of this concentration are not eligible to practice psychology but frequently go on for doctoral study in clinical, social, neuroscience, and other areas. Some are researchers, administrators, and college-level psychology instructors.
