* Graduate students must apply for graduation through the Graduate School.
Two easy steps to filling out your Undergraduate Graduation Application
Step 1 |
Undergraduates: On SeaNet, choose Apply to Graduate from the Student Records menu. |
Step 2 |
Confirm Application and Check Degree Audit: The View Graduation Applications page on SeaNet will display your complete application. Approximately two hours after you submit your application, the Unofficial Transcript page on SeaNet will display your "Pending" degree status. Now is also a good time to check your SeaNet degree audit and discuss any questions with your academic advisor. |
Note to "Walker" Applicants:
Students may be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony if they have completed requirements for graduation or if they are expected to meet the graduation requirements with the completion of one course of up to four hours during the term immediately following the graduation ceremony. Students who are one course short must notify the Office of the Registrar by the end of the seventh week of the semester of their intent to participate in the ceremony. This application to participate (walk) in the ceremony is in addition to the degree application that all graduating students must complete. Their names will not be published in the Commencement Program.
Other Notes:
If you have attended other higher education institutions and have not had a transcript sent to the Registrar's office please do so.
Any holds on your account will prevent transcripts, diploma, verification of attendance or degrees awarded from being processed. You can check any holds on SeaNet.
