Monday, Feb. 25, 2002

• Before 1:30 pm EST Committee members arrive at airport (or by car)

· 1:00-2:15 pm ITSD personnel will be available in the Holiday Inn Soundwatch Room to distribute the laptops and provide a brief orientation on the equipment. Please allow approximately 15 minutes. If you are unable to stop in during this time slot, please contact the technical support staff at 512-0197 to schedule a time to pick up your equipment.

• 2:30-5:00 pm Organizational meeting of Committee at hotel (Soundwatch

Room)

• 6:10 pm Committee meets in hotel lobby; departs for UNCW campus
• 6:30-7:00 pm Reception in Madeline Suite (Wagoner Hall)
• 7:00-8:30 pm Opening Dinner in Madeline Suite
• 8:30 pm Committee returns to hotel

Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2002

• 8:10 am Committee meets in hotel lobby; departs for UNCW campus
• 8:30 am Committee arrives on campus
• 8:30-9:00 am Chancellor Leutze’s presentation to the Reaffirmation

Committee in University Union 100

• 9:00 am Committee arrives at their on-campus suite in Social and

Behavioral Sciences Suite 214

• 9:00 am -3:00 pm Committee conducts interviews, examines documents on

campus (some members may travel to Onslow County,

Center for Marine Science, etc.)

• 3:00 pm Committee departs campus, returns to hotel
• 4:00-6:00 pm Committee meets at hotel Soundwatch Room
• 7:00 pm Committee dines together at the Oceanic Restaurant

Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2002

• 8:10 am Committee meets in hotel lobby; departs for UNCW campus
• 8:30 am Committee arrives on campus
• 8:30 am -3:00 pm Committee conducts interviews, examines documents on

campus (some members may travel to Onslow County,

Center for Marine Science, etc.)

• 3:00 pm Committee departs campus, returns to hotel
• 4:00-6:00 pm Committee meets at hotel Soundwatch Room
• 7:00 pm Committee dines individually or in groups at Holiday Inn

Thursday, Feb. 28, 2002

• 7:30 am Committee meets at hotel Soundwatch Room

· 7:30-8:30 am ITSD personnel will be available outside the Holiday Inn Soundwatch Room to collect your laptops. If you are unable to return your equipment during this time slot, please contact the technical support staff at 512-0197 to schedule at time to drop off your equipment.

• 8:40 am Committee meets in hotel lobby; departs for UNCW campus
• 9:00 am Committee conducts exit report in Warwick Center

Ballroom

· 10:00 am Committee returns to hotel

Committee members are transported at their convenience to

airport for departure from Wilmington.
