Professional Information

Ms. Batchelor received her BSN from UNCW in 1996, and an MSN from UNCW in 2000.  She worked as an RN for two years in a geriatrics/ skilled nursing facility and after completing her MSN worked as an FNP for five years in geriatrics/ long term care.  She is now a full-time faculty at UNCW.

Professional Experience:

ANCC Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2000

10 years in geriatric nursing care; 6 years as Family Nurse Practitioner in geriatric primary care.  

Weekly faculty practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Geriatric Primary Care setting
