Gresham Place Wellness Center

Gresham Place Wellness Center is located in the Gresham Place Apartments in Wilmington.

The moderate priced 50 unit apartment facility is designated for well adults ranging from 55 to 93 who live independently. Since 2002, School of Nursing faculty and students provide health assessments, a health bulletin board, blood pressure measurements and health teaching, health literature, and pamphlets.

In addition to service projects, with faculty supervision students interview residents and complete psychosocial assessment.
