Additional Requirements: Non-University Groups and Organizations

Non-university groups are all those that do not consist totally of UNCW students, faculty and staff.

1. Each group must have a $1 million insurance policy with a $3 million aggregate covering their participants, spectators and organization with the University of North Carolina at Wilmington listed on the policy as "additional insured." Outside groups brought into the University by Public Service will follow Univ. requirements but must pay the rental rates listed below.
   
2. Rental fees for this area are as follows:
   
   

   Gazebo*	min. $60. for up to 4 hours, $100. for a full day.
   *Gazebo Cleaning fee	included in price unless excess required. $25. is the normal excess fee.
   Recreational Areas	$30./hr. per area (Areas: Rec. field, sand vb, basketball courts and tennis courts)
   Field Lighting	$20./hr. per area (Areas: Rec. field, sand vb, basketball courts and/or tennis courts.)
   Campus Recreation Supervision (if required)	$10.00/hr. Supervisor
   University Police	Fee per their rate scale

3. Payment in full will be required prior to your rental. Additional expenses will be billed to your organization.
4. Non-payment for any of these fees will jeopardize your groups right to schedule these areas in the future.
