Date / Time: April 24; Check-In 9-9:30am Registration: Online March 15-April 2 Cost: FREE Event consists of 3 competitions: Powerhouse, Endurance and Sprint Triathlon Powerhouse: Bench Press & Squat Awards will be given for Biggest Bench, Best Bench, Biggest Squat, & Best Squat Endurance: Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, & Sit-Ups Awards will be given for each category for highest repetitions Sprint Triathlon: 1 Mile run, 5 Mile bike, & 1500 Meter row You may compete individually or with a team for this event. A team can have a maximum of 3 people. Awards will be given for the fastest combined time for all three portions of the Sprint Triathlon. |
