Fit Fest 2010 Rules

Date / Time: April 24; Check-In 9-9:30am

Registration: Online March 15-April 2

Cost: FREE

Event consists of 3 competitions: Powerhouse, Endurance and Sprint Triathlon

Powerhouse: Bench Press & Squat

Awards will be given for Biggest Bench, Best Bench, Biggest Squat, & Best Squat

Endurance: Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, & Sit-Ups

Awards will be given for each category for highest repetitions

Sprint Triathlon: 1 Mile run, 5 Mile bike, & 1500 Meter row

You may compete individually or with a team for this event.  A team can have a maximum of 3 people.

Awards will be given for the fastest combined time for all three portions of the Sprint Triathlon.

Provides use of selectorized equipment (i.e. ab machine), free weights and cardio equipment such as lifecycles, steppers, rowers, treadmills and ellipticals.
