The Personal Training Program gives individuals the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a qualified
personal trainer to develop a fitness program specifically designed to meet their needs, interests, and time commitments.
Services include: comprehensive fitness assessment, fitness consultations, one-on-one or group instruction on selected machines, free weights, cardiovascular equipment, flexibility training, program development, and tips keeping your workout fun and effective.
These 60-minute sessions with a fitness trainer are designed to develop a fitness program specifically for the individual client.

Personal Training Registration
Complete a Personal Training/Fitness Assessment Request Form available at the SRC Lobby Desk, Fitness Center Desk or the Campus Recreation Office.
Turn in your completed form to the Campus Recreation Office, SRC Lobby Desk or the Fitness Center Desk. A staff member will contact you to set up an appointment.

The Fitness Assessment program helps to determine your baseline fitness level and identify your specific areas of strength and weakness by measuring the following areas; height, weight, blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. This information can help our staff provide you with an exercise program that is customized to fit your specific needs and goals.
There is currently no cost for Fitness Assessments. It is designed to assess the clients whole body fitness level and includes:
- Blood Pressure
- Body Composition
- Height and Weight
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Flexibility
- Muscular Endurance and Strength
