The fitness center is equipped with the latest state-of-the art exercise equipment, including:
- elliptical trainers
- ergs
- stair climbers
- treadmills
- stationary bikes
- weight machines
- free weights
Train at your own risk. Before starting an exercise program, it is recommended to consult your physician.
- All patrons must wear appropriate athletic attire.
- Athletic footwear only! No bare feet, street shoes, spikes, sandals or flip-flops.
- Shirts and workout attire required.
- Blue jeans and street clothes are not permitted. This is due to the wear and tear on the padding due to the buttons, zippers, belts and metals that may be a part of this type of apparel.
- All patrons must carry a towel and wipe down padding after use.
- Towel may be checked out at the lobby desk.
- Unruly conduct or improper use of equipment will result in an indefinite loss of facility use privileges.
- No food or beverages allowed (plastic water bottles with a lid are acceptable).
- Members/guests 16 years and older may use the fitness center.
- Instruction is available from fitness center staff.
Additional Free Weight Area Rules:
1. Always work within your own physical limitations.
- Spotters are recommended for all free weight lifts.
- Weight belts are recommended for all standing and overhead lifts.
- Collars are recommended for all barbell lifts.
2. Return all weights to racks.
3. No slamming or dropping of weights.
Additional Cardiovascular Machine Rules:
- Cardiovascular equipment has a 30-minute time limit (bikes, treadmills, stair climbers, rowing machines and elliptical trainers).
- No food or beverages allowed (plastic water bottles with a lid are acceptable).
