Harris Teeter Fitness Center Policies

The fitness center is equipped with the latest state-of-the art exercise equipment, including:

Train at your own risk. Before starting an exercise program, it is recommended to consult your physician.

Additional Free Weight Area Rules:

1.     Always work within your own physical limitations.

2.     Return all weights to racks.

3.     No slamming or dropping of weights.

Additional Cardiovascular Machine Rules:

3.     All patrons must carry a towel and wipe down machines after use.
