- As a validated member, you are permitted to bring two guests to the SRC for a $5 fee per guest (UNSea card, cash or check payable to UNCW). The two-guest limit is due to the current student usage and space capacity within the SRC.
- Non-transferable guest passes, valid on the date issued, will be available for purchase at the lobby desk. Guest passes are valid for the entire day of purchase.
- Members are completely responsible for their guests at all times while on campus.
- Guests may not enter the building without being accompanied by a SRC member/host and guest must have a valid photo ID. Guests must leave with their sponsor.
- Members are responsible for signing out equipment for their guests and may not leave their guests unaccompanied in the facility. Failure to do so may result in a loss of privileges.
- From 5 p.m. Sunday through 4 p.m. Friday during the academic year, all guests must be at least 17 years of age (proof of age will be requested). See Children and the SRC for guest under 17.
- Participants in special university programs may use the facility within the guidelines established for these groups.
- Alumni with a valid alumni ID may pruchase a daily guest pass without a sponsor as a guest of the university. Alumni ID can be obtained at Auxiliary Services and is required for admittance without a sponsor.
