CARDIO: BURN CALORIES AND IMPROVE YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH

Aqua Fitness 45:  45-minute full body workout in the pool consisting of cardio and strengthening work of all muscles using equipment (belts, noodles, and body resistance) 

Ballet Fit 45/60: Improve posture, flexibility, balance and strength while creating a graceful physique. It is designed to blend basic ballet techniques with modern fitness principles.

Boot Camp 60:  This class combines a series of athletic drills and strength training intervals to provide an energized workout – no choreography included.

Cardio Hip Hop 45: Awesome dance combines hip-hop and aerobic conditioning for a fun, energetic workout.

Cardio Hip Hop ALT. 45: These classes are dance/strength and hip/hop based.  This class is exciting for experienced dancers and new dancers alike.  Test your creativity and try a new way of moving all while having SO MUCH FUN!

Jazz 60: This class is an exciting new alternative to staying in shape.  It will increase flexibility, stamina and balance, while giving you a high energy cardio workout.  Get fit and have a great time.  All levels welcome.

Kick Boxing 45 You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super effective cardiovascular workout.

Step Crazy 60: Using the step for an array of choreography, this class is great for building cardiovascular fitness.

Step-n-Sculpt 60: Cardio plus muscular endurance, the best combination for those who want to work the cardio system and sculpt the major muscles of the body. A no-nonsense workout that includes 25 minutes of stepping, plus 15 minutes of upper/lower body strengthening with weights, bands and tubing.

Zumba 45/60: Get ready to experience a total body workout with the hottest rhythms like, salsa, soca, meringue, and even flamenco! Learn exclusive and fun Latin dance steps that create an exhilarating aerobic workout. All experience levels welcome.

 

 

MUSCLE CONDITIONING:  DESIGN A HEALTHIER, STRONGER BODY

ABS 20: Enjoy 20-minutes packed full of a variety of exercises designed to strengthen the abdominals and lower back.

Arms Only 20:  A phenomenal strength training workout for the arms, using a variety of equipment.

Legs Only 20:  A phenomenal strength training workout for the lower body, using a variety of equipment.

Strength 45: For the more novice strength trainer or those who enjoy lifting with others body sculpt, is a wonderful class to begin your journey with resistance training. While the focus is primarily not on cardio vascular work but muscular endurance and muscular strength, one can expect a moderate cardio workout while training a variety of larger muscles groups. Core work is incorporated throughout and you can expect a decent flexibility portion at the end.

 

 

FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH: ENHANCE YOUR MIND AND BODY

Pilates 45/60: A core conditioning class aiming mainly to improve posture and balance by strengthening the abdominal and low back area. The class may also focus on strengthening upper and lower body with your own body weight

Stretch and Relax 60:  A 30 minute class to help you stretch tight muscles and mentally unwind.

Yoga 60: The perfect way to start or end everyday! Learn to connect to your breath and connect with nature. Beginning with sun salutations and moving into some deep standing stretches to build strength and stamina, class will finish with some seated postures (asanas) and deep breathing/relaxation. You will leave the class feeling refreshed, open, balanced and calm.

Yogalates 45: Yoga, Pilates and deep stretching combined.  Come prepared for a great workout to strengthen, stretch, and calm.
