The CARE office is looking for students who want to be more informed on issues of relationships, sexual assault and stalking.
- We want to empower caring students to help other students to connect more easily with our office and with the many UNCW safety resources.
- Because of what you are already involved in on our campus, you are an ideal student to become a CARE ally—one who can help others without taking on more than you can realistically handle.
- You are especially invited to sign up for an upcoming training that includes food for thought, as well as for your body.
I CARE training consists of 2 sessions of information and self-reflection.
- The first trainings will be an overview of UNCW problems, resources and information.
- The second trainings will help you know what to say and what to do when your friend needs help and may not want to talk to others.
- Upon completion of the second training, you will get an exclusive pin designating you as an “I CARE” person and a friend of the CARE office.
Contact CARE to arrange a training for your group or to learn when the next available training will be held.

Be a CARE Friend! To sign up as an individual or as a group, or for more information, please call 962-CARE or email caseyd@uncw.edu
