She provides oversight and supervision to Fraternity and Sorority Life, off-campus, non-traditional and military affiliated students, graduate student life, Academic Honor Code, alternative dispute resolution, crisis intervention and emergency response. |

Ben Ojala, Assistant Dean of Students Office of the Dean of Students (910) 962-3119 ojalab@uncw.edu Ben is responsible for oversight, planning and implementation of the university conduct system. He serves as the primary conduct officer for the adjudication of cases and supervises seven hearing officers and two Campus Conduct Boards comprised of students and faculty. Ben is also responsible for the publication and annual revision of the Code of Student Life and assists with the coordination of crisis intervention and emergency response. |

Amy Hector, Assistant Dean of Students Office of the Dean of Students (910) 962-3119 hectora@uncw.edu Amy provides daily oversight to the Seahawk Perch which develops programs and services for off-campus, non-traditional and military affiliated students. She supervises two graduate assistants who are responsible for graduate student life programming and the daily administration of the Seahawk Perch. Amy is the co-chair of the University/Community Relations Task Force and serves as a liaison for campus-wide educational programs to include, but not limited to, diversity issues and violence prevention and assists with the coordination of crisis intervention and emergency response. |

| Chip Phillips, Assistant Dean of Students Office of the Dean of Students (910) 962-3119 phillipsf@uncw.edu Chip supervises the Coordinator for Fraternity & Sorority Life and is responsible for the administration of the Academic Honor Code, including educational outreach to the university community. He is also designing an alternative dispute resolution program to resolve conflict outside of the university conduct process. Chip coordinates the Community Standards Initiative, serves as a conduct hearing officer and assists with the coordination of crisis intervention and emergency response. | |
| Monique Colclough, Case Manager Office of the Dean of Students (910)962-3120 colcloughm@uncw.edu Monique coordinates interdisciplinary communication among university constituents to help create an environment for students which provides them access to resources which may optimize their success. As coordinator of the Student Behavioral Intervention Team, Monique works with a team of staff who discuss and design remedies for at-risk students. | |

Fraternity and Sorority Life Office of the Dean of Students (910) 962-3119 McDanielp@uncw.edu Phil serves as the primary liaison between the university and our Greek letter social organizations, including Panhellenic Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council and Interfraternity Council. He is the advisor for Order of Omega and advises fraternity and sorority leaders in programming, budgeting, academic success strategies, membership recruitment and interpretation of policies and provides workshops, retreats, programs and seminars on relevant topics for the organizations. Phil is also responsible for coordinating the Greek Housing Program in collaboration with Housing and Residence Life. |

| Megan Jelley, Office Assistant & Receptionist Office of the Dean of Students (910) 962-3119 jelleym@uncw.edu Megan is responsible for greeting visitors in the office, answering the telephone, responding to requests, processing and managing withdrawal paperwork and data entry, sending student emergency emails to faculty, and managing appointment calendars for five professional staff members. She also provides administrative support to the Seahawk Perch and Fraternity & Sorority Life. |
