Larry assumes primary responsibility for the design, developmlent, implementation and evaluation of the Residence Life program. Larry provides leadership and supervision for one Assistant Director, seven Professional Residence Coordinators, seven Graduate Assistants and over 100 student staff in our eight traditional residence halls, seven suite style buildings and twenty-six apartment buildings. Larry assists with program design for special interest housing groups including Learning Communities, Wellness, International Programs, Teaching Fellows, Greeks and others and he serves as a primary liaison to various departments within Student and Academic Affairs.

Sean is responsible for the department's technology inititatives and marketing efforts and serves as the primary liaison to ITSD, Telecom, Business Applications, Student Accounts and Marketing and Communications. He develops and maintains all departmental web pages and databases - provides the department with technical support and computer software training, and performs data research and analysis. He also manages the department's closed-circuit TV channel, security camera and electronic door access control systems and oversees the production of Housing and Residence Life publications. Sean is responsible for the HRL computer system, Residential Management Systems, and insures consistency within the assignments and billing processes. Sean also serves as the UNCW National Student Exchange Coordinator.

Lindsey manages our most recent residence hall, Seahawk Crossing, a six hundred and sixty two bed complex, made up of four buildings. Lindsey also supervises ten Resident Assistants and a Graduate Student. When Lindsey is not working in the residence hall she is adjudicating cases in the Dean of Student's Office, serving on the UNCW Sustainability committee and working on Housing and Residence Life Committees.

Adam oversees the daily management of Seahawk Landing Apartments, a six hundred and twelve bed complex, made up of seven buildings. He supervises a team of eight Undergraduate Resident Assistants and one Graduate Assistant Residence Coordinator. Adam coordinates social and educational programming and provides crisis management. As well, Adam works with several areas across campus such as a Conduct Hearing Officer in the Office of the Dean of Student's, he is currently Co-Chair of the Men’s Summit Committee and Chair of the Housing reunion Committee. Adam also sits on many campus program committees including The Divisional Professional Development Committee, Midnight Madness, and Homecoming. Adam is currently the advisor of the National Residence Hall Honorary.

Clifton oversees the day to day operation of Graham-Hewlett Hall, a 400 bed residence hall of predominantly first-year students. Clifton supervises a staff of one graduate assistant and eight resident assistants. Clifton coordinates his staff to provide a safe and secure living environment and area-wide programming which fosters an educational, inclusive and social atmosphere. Within the Graham-Hewlett area, Clifton also oversees the Leadership and Community Service floor. Outside of Housing and Residence Life, Clifton serves as a conduct hearing officer in the Office of the Dean of Students, a member of the Student Affairs Diversity Committee, a member of the UNCW Sustainability Committee, and committee member for other special program planning committees.
