Donna has a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration with emphasis in Service Learning and Leadership Education.  University teaching experience in Leadership Education, Civic Engagement and Service Learning.  Fifteen plus years experience in Training & Development, Non-Profit Management, Outdoor Education and Higher Education.  Donna worked with the United States Peace Corps as a volunteer in the Kingdom of Thailand.

Justin graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Philosophy in 2005. He gained experience in outdoor and experiential education as a staff member at the Echo Hill Outdoor School. Justin also has a varied background in higher education. He worked in admissions/financial aid at Carnegie Mellon University and served as the Americorps*VISTA at East Carolina University for the 2007-2008 academic year. Justin also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as rock climbing, kayaking, camping and backpacking.

Gail has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History and Studio Art (UNCW Alumnus).  Twenty years experience in system analysis and design along with project management and corporate training.  In addition to fifteen years experience in business operations and management.

Jenn has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Personnel Services, with a concentration in College Student Personnel, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Experience in leadership education and development, community service-learning, civic engagement, and research and assessment.  Jenn served two years as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member with Massachusetts Campus Compact

Presentation Topics: Leadership development, training and education (including leadership theory, relevant research, leadership assessments and all associated topics therein); Community service programming (planning service programs, connecting with community partners, developing reflections, etc); Social justice
