Non-personalized announcements can be purchased at the UNCW Bookstore at any time prior to commencement. The bookstore is open Mon. through Thurs. 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m., Fri. 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Sat. 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please visit the UNCW Bookstore Web site at uncw.bkstore.com.

Photos
GradImages will take individual photographs of each of the graduates during the presentation of candidates during their graduation ceremony. Participants will receive a free photo proof and can order copies of their photograph directly from GradImages. During the presentation of candidates, each student, assisted by the student marshals, will turn in their name cards (distributed with commencement tickets) to the GradImages staff directly before their photograph is taken.

Commencement Videos or DVD
The UNCW Alumni Association sponsors the videotaping of the commencement ceremony. Order forms for DVD format are available through the Alumni Relations office, online at www.uncw.edu/alumni and in the graduation program that will be distributed at commencement.
Commencement DVD's are sold within 60 days from the date of graduation. They can be purchased here. If you do not see that the DVD's are still available please email alumni@uncw.edu to inquire if there is a DVD available for the ceremony of your preference. If you have purchased a Commencement DVD online or by check please understand that they will not be shipped until approximately 12 weeks from the date of commencement. This time allows for the DVD's to be created and processed.
