Two easy steps to filling out your Undergraduate Graduation Application

Step 1

On SeaNet, check your permanent address. If it is incorrect, please update it by clicking on update address, selecting permanent address, then enter your address and click the submit button.

Click here if you are an undergraduate student who wishes to file for graduation.

 

Note to "Walker Applicants:

Students may be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony if they have completed requirements for graduation or if they are expected to meet the graduation requirements with the completion of one course of up to four hours during the term immediately following the graduation ceremony.  Students who are one course short must notify the Office of the Registrar by the end of the seventh week of the semester of their intent to participate in the ceremony.  This application to participate (walk) in the ceremony is in addition to the degree application that all graduating students must complete.  Their names will not be published in the Commencement Program.

 

Unpaid Debts

Be sure to check SeaNet periodically to ensure that you have no outstanding debts. Students with unpaid debts to the university will not be issued diplomas or have transcripts forwarded until all debts and fines are paid in full. Payment can be made via SeaNet or in the Cashier's Office in King Hall.

 

Eligibility

Students who have applied for graduation and completed all degree requirement during the spring 2008 semester are eligible to participate in the May commencement ceremonies.

 

Diplomas

Undergraduate and graduate diplomas will be mailed from the Registrar's Office to the graduate's permanent address. Please check SeaNet to ensure you permanent address is correct.
