On-Line Reservation System Directions |
Web reservations are the most expedient way to make your reservation. On-line reservations are processed immediately and you receive confirmation at the time you make the reservation. On-line reservations require a payment with MasterCard or Visa at the time you make your reservation. Once you have submitted your on-line reservation the only way to make changes in reservation is by calling the Transition Programs Office.
To register on-line follow these instructions (You must use Internet Explorer to register on-line):
1. Click Here to Enter Seaport
2. If you don't already know your UNCW User Name, click on "What is my Username/UNCW student e-mail address?" Enter your student ID number (or your social security number). You will be given a 3 letter-4 numeber code. This is your user name and your official UNCW email address. Your password is your 6 digit birthdate (i.e. 010188). Use these to log into SeaPort.
3. Click on the Orientation link, located on the left hand side of the screen. Follow the instruction to select your Orientation date and make your on-line payment.
If a session is full, you will not be able to select it.
It is important for you to remember your SeaPort user name and password. You will use this to register for classes and much more.
Please note - An orientation date can be changed only 1 time, and only if the session that you want to move into is open. If there is a price increase because of the change, you will be required to pay the fee at the time the change is made. Call the transition programs office at 910-962-3089 to make the change. You will not receive written confirmation of the change so please make note of who you spoke with and on what date.

To make a reservation through the mail please enclose the appropriate reservation form and payment. A reservation will not be held without payment. If the session you have selected as your first choice is closed, you will be assigned to your next available choice. You must number sessions by your preference (first choice through sixth choice).

No on-site walk-in registrations are accepted at Orientation.
