Requests for refunds must be received in writing by the Transition Programs Office by the deadline listed below. No refunds will be granted after the deadline. All requests should include the student's name, identification number, and the address you would like your check sent to. This request should be sent via email to transitions@uncw.edu.
If you are no longer planning to attend UNCW please notify the Admissions Office to cancel your admission (admissions@uncw.edu). If you have on-campus housing please notify them in writing regarding cancellation of your housing (housing@uncw.edu).
