Graduate students—don’t miss this special grad school summer school info

An enrollment deposit of $100 is required for all students except currently enrolled UNCW students.  Students will be unable to register or attend orientation if the enrollment deposit is not received.  An enrollment deposit letter will be issued once the student has been accepted.

Current UNCW Students

All current UNCW students can register for classes online by using SEANET.

Visiting Students

Visiting students from other accredited institutions may enroll in summer courses at UNCW.  You may print the Visiting Summer School application here and send to the Office of Admissions to process your admittance (faxed copies are NOT accepted).  Students are encouraged to submit their application as soon as possible since the application must be complete before we can begin processing it for admissions.  At the very latest, the application should be submitted no later than one week prior to the first day of class for both sessions; however, there is no guarantee that this late submission will be processed before classes begin. You may also request an application from the Summer School office at 910.962.7209, Admissions at 910.962.3243, or e-mail at summer@uncw.edu

Freshman and Transfer Applicants

Applicants for admission as new freshmen or transfer students must apply to the Admissions Office (James Hall) prior to fall semester deadline dates.

Undergraduate Studies for Teachers

Following application and acceptance to the University, teachers who wish to upgrade a certificate or renew a Class "A" or Class "M" North Carolina Teaching Certificate may enroll in undergraduate courses. Prior approval from the division of Staff Development, North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is required for certificate renewal. Call the UNCW Admissions Office 910.962.3243 for additional information.
